Making a Claim

If you need to make a claim on your insurance policy our dedicated team are here to help support you with your claim.

Before submitting a claim you should read your policy documents for details of how best to submit a claim and details of any information that might be required to support you in making your claim. Generally your claim will require you to provide

– Your policy details and policy reference number
– Confirmation all policy conditions have been followed
– Details of the circumstances of the incident that is leading to a claim
– Supporting evidence, including correspondence, photos or videos
– Approximate cost of any damage or loss
– Your contact details for further correspondence

If you need support making a claim you can submit details to Estatesure Limited either in writing to Estatesure Limited, Delmon House, 36-38 Church Road, Burgess Hill, RH15 9AE or by emailing [email protected]

After receiving details of your claim Estatesure Limited will correspond directly with the relevant insurer who will review cover and policy conditions. The insurer may have additional questions or ask for additional information and contact you directly. Settlements may be made directly or to a supplier, and either an expert or panel solicitors may be appointed depending on the type of claim. It is difficult to advise how long a claim may take to settle as each and every claim is different however we will ensure we monitor your claim and work with our partners to keep you updated as necessary.
